Alcohol Beverage Server (on premise) and EASY (off premise) Certification Search

The Utah State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health maintains a data base of individuals who have successfully completed an alcohol server education seminar for individuals serving alcohol in restaurants, private clubs, taverns and bars (on premise certification). 

The Division also maintains a database of individuals who have successfully completed a retailer alcohol training and education seminar (off premise certification). This certification is required for retail clerks who sell beer in grocery and convenience stores. This initiative was enacted in July 2006 in an effort to eliminate the sale of alcohol to youth (EASY).
