UPAC Minutes
The Utah Prevention Advisory Council (UPAC) is the advisory coalition for the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant in Utah. UPAC includes members from various state agencies as well as non-profit organizations, faith based groups, multi-cultural groups and local community coalitions all focused on providing prevention in Utah.
